By purchasing from the A&Y Geckos, you are agreed with our Terms of Service listed below.

The buyer MUST be 18 years or older to purchase a gecko. In exceptions, your parent or guardian must contact me to make the purchase.

Reservation: To reserve a gecko ("ON HOLD") you need to pay a 50 % non-refundable deposit. This amount is non-refundable in case of canceled reservation from buyer's side. Once a payment/deposit is made, the payment cannot be transferred to a different animal. The whole amount for gecko must be paid BEFORE shipping. We will not reserve any gecko(s) without either a deposit or paid in full.

Payment: Payment is possible via PayPal Family & Friend, bank account or cash in hand. There is NO payment plan. Animal(s) needs to be fully paid before shipping. To avoid impeding customers' decisions, all sales are final. If a gecko cannot ship due to weather, we do not issue refunds.

Information: All information is written, but please remember if it does say "Possible" then it is not 100% guaranteed, if you need more photos/weight to date, ask for them, I would be pleased to help you.

Tail drops: Geckos can and may drop their tails, for no apparent reason. It is a natural defense mechanism and does not detract from the animal's value. We do not offer a guarantee that your gecko(s) will not drop their tails, and we will not issue a refund/store credit in the event a gecko drops its tail.

Sexing: We begin pore sexing our geckos as early as 9 grams, but will not guarantee an animal to be a specific gender unless it is an adult and is at least 25 grams. We are not responsible for change of gender in young animals labeled “possible” or “probable”. Temperature sexed young animals do not have a sex guarantee.

Morphs & Traits: All photographs are done without added filters. Each animal is represented in its truest form. Coloration and pattern changes as the gecko(s) mature, therefore no guarantee is offered that the gecko will not change colors/pattern.  

Shipping: Personal pickup is possible, Hamm/Houten pickup is also available (must be scheduled). Worldwide shipping to many countries is available. Buyer pays all shipping and service costs. Multiple geckos may be shipped in the same box. We only ship during safe temperatures of 10℃ - 28℃. This means, that at any point of the trip (here, transfer hub, and final destination), the overnight low/daytime temperatures cannot be lower than 10℃. Animal(s) needs to be fully paid before shipping. 

Guaranteed Live Arrival + 5 days in new home: Only healthy and well-eating animals can be sold, if I do not feel the animal is ready to go even if that is due to age it will not be sold. Buyer must contact us through message within 30 minutes of delivery with a photo proof for guarantee to be valid. No refunds will be made if the gecko is mishandled, mistreated, and/or not cared for correctly. We are not responsible for carrier delays. Live arrival guarantee is void in the case of carrier delays. We have never had a gecko die during shipping, but if any unfortunate event happens during shipping and your gecko arrives deceased on arrival, a coupon will be issued for a future purchase on a case by case basis for a decided amount. No money refunds. Once the gecko has been received, I will need photo proof they have arrived. We guarantee the live arrival via courier in the EU, but after it leaves the EU, it is out of our control, and no refund will be given.
